29th
Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions,
New Techniques and Products |
Five
Quebec creations earned honours at the 29th
Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions,
New Techniques and Products. All the designers
and companies received assistance from the
"Marketing Support" program offered
by the IDM.
This show is of crucial importance to a product's
commercial future: more than 40 countries
and 85,000 visitors attend it. An international
jury composed of 60 specialists decides which
of the approximately 1000 inventions merit
forty awards as well as the gold, silver and
bronze medals. MegaSecur Inc. won three awards,
an unprecedented achievement for a Quebec
company.
