Biography
Educated
in urban and regional planning, Jeffrey
Patterson has worked in a variety of
related positions as a housing and social
planner for many years. He entered the
academic sector in 1991 as Senior Research
Fellow at the University of Winnipegs
Institute of Urban Studies, and lecturer
in the Universitys urban and environmental
studies departments. He moved to Vancouver,
BC, in 1995 and has served as senior
planner in the City of Vancouvers
central area division. He was responsible
for the Downtown Transportation Plan,
as well as for scoping a program for
developing a public realm plan for Vancouvers
downtown.
