Biography
Fabienne Michot and Doris Brasset established
Zanimo in 1992, creating wallpapers,
decorative fabrics, baby bedding and
accessories, strollers and clothes,
all with distinctive designs and lively
colours. Between 1998 and 2002, Zanimo
devoted itself to writing and illustrating
children's books. In 2001, Zanimo sold
the adaptation rights to its Gofrette
and Maki series to the company
Cinar. An animation project titled "You
and Me" was also sold to Spectra
Animation (Spectra Team) in 2003. Zanimo
also participates in many innovative
projects for children in Canada and
the United States.
