Biography
Industrial designer Charles Godbout
of Topo Design first made his name as
the founder and president of a company
specialized in the design and manufacture
of exhibition systems and three-dimensional
structures for use in interior architecture.
Afterwards, he returned to his primary
passion, designing furniture, a field
in which he has acquired a solid design
reputation.
With nearly twenty years of experience,
he is now a consulting designer for
many firms and his works have earned
many design awards here and abroad.
His constant quest for excellence and
his ability to take on the challenges
of applying new technologies have recently
led him to work overseas in conjunction
with some renowned Italian firms like
Flou and Plank. He has carried
out several projects for manufacturers
such as Artopex, Arconas, Nienkämper
and Curvet/Zeritalia.
